I recently went to Lunar for the first time and had my hair cut with Jaimie Fortin. Jaimie was AMAZING to work with; extremely thorough, communicative, professional, and warm. Jaimie listened to what I wanted and was super gentle with my long hair (which is not always the case!). I’ve had my hair cut and colored at manyyyy salons around the city and this was honestly one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had. Highly recommend if you want a high quality, personal salon experience.

Naimah is incredibly talented and a visionary. I found my way to her over 3 years ago on a Facebook group where a member was asking for recommendations, and I wanted to revamp my look. She is amazing with short hair (never thought I’d try it and then keep it short) as well as color / Balayage! I now receive so many compliments about my haircut because of Naimah. The atmosphere in their new location is very welcoming, comfortable and fun. I feel that the prices are quite reasonable and it’s great to support a small business in the community whenever possible.

After years of inconsistent haircuts at the basic cutz big chain shops, I finally found a place where I can get a high quality cut that will be good every time and grow out well. I appreciate that they offer cuts for all ages, styles, genders, etc. I like my hair cut very short and these folks respect my style choice without question. I usually book my cuts with Jaimie when the scheduling works out, but I have had good cuts from the others there as well. The shop is comfy, the people are pleasant, and the online scheduling system is easy to use. Worth it! thanks LUNAR

Jaimie has been cutting my hair for several years and I couldn't be happier. She listens to my needs and desires (even when I'm not quite sure how to express them) and makes suggestions for cut and styling. She is a magician with the scissors and also super knowledgeable about hair and scalp health. She even helped me through a period of gray growth that was causing me pain. A star! Naimah cuts my toddler's hair and does a gorgeous job every time. He loves going to see "Ms. Naimah" and looks forward to getting his haircut. She's gentle and thoughtful and always has him looking sharp. I can't recommend Lunar Beauty enough!

This is a wonderful place to get your hair done. The vibes are relaxing. The women who work there are amazing and welcoming. I have been getting my hair done (vivid/fashion color) here for 2 years and love Naihima! But no matter who does your hair, you will have an absolutely amazing experience.
