The massage itself was disorganized and lacked professionalism. There was no clear structure or cohesive technique, and it didn’t feel grounded in any specific massage style. The therapist repeatedly came in and out of the room, which completely disrupted the flow and made it impossible to relax. The pressure was also far too rough—more careless than therapeutic. I had a great massage the last time I came here. The masseuse was extremely attentive to my needs and helped me get my body back in working order. She was very patient with me and had me wanting to come back ever since. I don’t remember her name but she was an Asian woman. I would like to thank her.

I decided to visit this spa for the first time and called before going. I asked if they had availability for me to get a massage within the next 30 minutes, they tell me yes, I can come. I drive 20 minutes to their spa, and when I arrive they tell me they have no availability. Very confused. Tells me MAYBE in the next hour they will be available. SMH.
