Lumos Infrared Sauna + Cold Plunge Studio

Not a great experience at all . I was there twice with my wife almost three years ago and we thought we would try the new location . The “ BoGo “ I purchased for a two for one was met with the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. One they couldn’t find it ( our bogo)and two once they did we were accused of attempting to set up another email to get a bogo . I guess you’re not allowed to have more than one email , “people “ because this 60 year old boomer running the place was incensed ! like we had just attempted to skirt the system. Truth no where on their site does it say that you can’t use any coupons once you ever visited a salon of theirs. I FEEL AMAZING!! I’ve read about infrared sauna treatments for a while and saw this place while I was home visiting. Location is adorable and parking is good. Staff is friendly and informative! You get your own private sauna room to change and participate in your session. My session included chromotherapy to help realign your chakra. There’s a heat resistant cupboard to plug in your iPhone and play your own music during your session. You are given a jar with a cold saturated wash cloth to wipe down with because you sweat like crazy!! I FEEL FANTASTIC after my session. My joints feel great and I feel super relaxed. New customers are buy one session get one free!! I’ll be returning one more time before leaving.

Game changer for chronic pain & stress. I have experienced 4 sauna sessions, and here is my experience. The facilities are pristine. The sauna rooms, entry, bathroom. The staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The infrared sauna has had a profound effect on my body. I feel less pain from day to day, an energy and emotional boost. The chromotherapy is a nice touch as well. I'm a fan of strong blue or violet. The color therapy is considered to be a psudo science, however it works for me. Placebo or not, I enjoy basking in a colored glow during my sessions. The best part is the cold wet towel that is provided infused with eucalyptus oil after the sauna. After 4 sessions, I opted to become a member. No silly paperwork, no contract, no hidden anything. You have to check this place o

10/10 for sure!! Absolutely loved my experience. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The sauna was clean and easy to use. From the minute I walked in I felt comfortable and supported. Can't wait to go back!
