I went to this salon with a friend, I didn't get my nails done she did We payed 20 dollars plus a 10 dollar tip When she went in she expressed that she wanted to get her nails done without dipping powder all of the employees made fun of her it Vietnamese, my knowledge of the language combined with their use of enlighs words throughout made it very clear they wer3 making fun of her extremely rudely. Due to their usage of English words she knew the gist and asked them to stop to which they continued making fun of her now just in pure Vietnamese (she did not realize but I did due to my knowledge of the language) Before leaving they asked for a larger tip The nails look awful with patches unpainted we could've done a better job at home AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This place does an awesome job! I won’t go anywhere else in Syracuse! I recommend this place to anyone who asks! The salon is always super clean even though they are ALWAYS busy. You are seated almost as soon as you walk in the door. The service is always super fast too! Which brings me to my only complaint. The service is a little rushed meaning you could leave with the left over gel chipping pieces under your fingernails which is a little annoying and I wish that the salon techs would be a little more personable. They don’t really do much other than paint your nails, but that’s a personal preference more than a complaint. I like to talk with my stylist. 🤷‍♀️😂

I had a great time. Everybody was super nice. Nails were done quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend.

This place is so relaxing, cleanly, all of the workers are so sweet. They’re very organized and professional. Tina did my pedicure and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’ve never been so happy to get my feet done and relax. Thank you for such a perfect experience. And how can I forget,.. the tea they offered me and had was delightful.

Me and my mom have been coming here for 2 or 3 years and it is amazing here. They never fail us and I love how perfect my new nails are.
