Luminous Nails

I’m very disappointed with my experience. I specifically asked for, but instead they gave me what they wanted It’s frustrating to pay for something and not receive what you actually asked for. This shows a lack of attention and care for customers never coming back for sure. I went in at 7 and when it was mostly the end the worker just finished however just so they could leave.I understand it’s the end of their shift but I went because my friend recommended them but NO! Don’t go to this place! THIS FOR $61 dollar yeah just save your money!

Gel manicure was bumpy and with air bubbles. Shape and length were uneven, one nail was cut a lot shorter than all the others. I did advise the tech to which he responded, “No, it’s ok.” I ended up going back and requested that my nails be fixed. A different tech redid most of the nails, which did end up looking better. She was apologetic and friendly. Overall disappointed with the service and will probably not return.

Outstanding service, everyone is friendly. They always get services done with a time efficient manner. Really appreciate good service in Laredo. I have tried other nail salons and Luminous Nails is by far the best one!

They where polite and respectful! There was a gentleman who did both of my daughters nails, he was fast and accurate and did a good job! There was also a very nice and pleasant lady who did my wife's nails too! She did a great job as well! Unfortunately the prices here seem to be a little expensive! Otherwise I would have given 5 stars!

Just walked in to get a refill manicure and a simple black nail flower design. Super simple because I don't want anyone messing it up and it was my first time at this location. The guy on his cell phone said come tomorrow our nail designers aren't here today .... Nah I'm good why bother coming back 🤣
