Two weeks before my wedding, I decided to get a facial as a precaution in case my skin had any reaction — unfortunately, that’s exactly what happened, and it was far worse than I ever expected. After the treatment, I broke out in a rash all over my face, and on one eye, all of my eyelashes fell out. I don’t know exactly what products were used, but based on the reaction and the results, I seriously question whether they were FDA-approved or even safe for skin use. When I reached out to express my concerns, the customer service was dismissive and unhelpful — not what you'd expect when someone is dealing with such a severe reaction, especially right before a major life event. Please be aware and do your research before booking here. I would never want anyone else to go through what I did.

I would like to leave a wonderful review for the esthetician who recently did a facial for me. She was incredibly kind and polite, patiently answering all of my questions and making sure I felt comfortable. What impressed me the most was how attentively and professionally she selected the right skincare routine for me. Now my skin looks better than ever, and I will definitely be returning to her!
