I understand there was a slight language barrier, and she wasn’t very fluent in English. I also understand it’s Christmas Eve and it’s the holidays, and a lot of people don’t want to work during this time, and if they do, they are providing for their family. With all that being said, she was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I told her what I wanted and showed her a picture, and she was complaining that it was a lot of work off the bat. She would stop every couple of minutes to ask if this was okay, without even finishing the haircut. I told her my concerns and how she wasn’t following the natural part of my hair, but she didn’t care in the slightest and complained I was giving her more work to do, and wasn’t trying to accommodate me. Not only her English is not fluent but also her attitude was not right to accommodate client's need. This was the first time to get haircut there. She was not happy that when I asked her to cut the lower part shorter. She complained that I didn't tell her exactly how short I wanted. I did. Just she didn't understand.

My daughter and I came into this shop to have her hair washed and trimmed. I knew this encounter would not go well because when we walked in, they looked at us like we had no buisness in their shop. I guess because I'm black and my child is bi racial. I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure I'm not. Then after we waited patiently, she told us for a trim it would be 20 and just to wash my daughters hair would be $45.00!! Wow I said. I'm not sure if this is the normal price or if she was trying to take advantage of us. There is no way. Last she told me she did not take debit cards. Cash only. BEWARE!! If you are not Hispanic or do not know any Spanish, they will try to get over on you. Not right! At all. Very sketchy here.

Terrible just terrible 😭 rude, unprofessional, and terrible work. The amount of bad experience people have had at this salon is crazy if only everyone would leave a review I’m sure it would be like at a 1. I was recently at another salon and there was a whole discussion brought up about this salon it’s ridiculous how they treat their clients. My mom went in before to get her hair dyed cause her regular hair stylist was out of town worst hair ever not at all what she asked for choppy and spots of different colors all over so glad her hairstylist came back before we left for vacation and was able to fix it, her stylist said she has never seen anything that bad, and that she should not have had to pay.

My father went to this hair salon with my little brother. My father told the “hairstylist” how he wanted my little brothers hair to be cut. Well, the lady told him that she couldn’t do that and wasn’t possible to do that hair cut. He was surprised when she told him that especially with a really rude attitude. The only reason he went there was because where they originally go they were closed. My little brother as soon as he got out of there told my father the hairstylist lady did not do a good job and doesn’t know how to cut hair. My father didn’t tell him at the moment that he didn’t like how his hair came out or anything so he wouldn’t upset him.
