We engaged with this business to provide marketing services under a clearly defined scope of work. Throughout the engagement, additional services, consultations, and ongoing support were requested beyond the original agreement. In order to move the project forward, we accommodated those requests and delivered everything that was asked of us. All agreed and requested deliverables were completed and provided. Shortly after completion, our access to the relevant accounts was removed, the associated payments were disputed, and communication stopped. Made an appointment for 3pm and they took my card over the phone. Arrive to a locked door and closed business. No one answered my calls 5 times. Called a different number and was told someone will call me back. Waiting outside almost 20 minutes and left. Shady scam stay away!!!!
