Alana and her team were amazing. They were professional, attentive, and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. I had a great experience and would absolutely recommend them.

This store was on my way so decided to stop by and check it out. They have many products for exercising, hiking, yoga, and everyday wear. They also have bags, socks, hats, and accessories. They do have fitting spaces to try out the outfit before taking it home. While I was at the store, someone did offer to help and I was able to purchase the things I wanted. There is paid and free parking around the store and the checkout was fast. Unfortunately one of the products I purchased still has the sensor, I noticed it when I got home so I'll have to go back and get that removed.

I can’t afford Lululemon. This was my first time and it was with a gift card. INSANE customer service. I would not have expected an affluent brand to have a retail worker who was comfortable with me spread-eagle bending over in front of him asking “How see-through are these pants?” In fact, I think he was glad I asked. Didn’t get his name but seemed like an older managerial type with a button-up and glasses. Checker person told me laundry instructions and told me about free tailoring options.

I really had high expectations for this store, since it was my first time coming to this location, I didn’t really understand why the lady that was helping me had a sort of an attitude towards me, went there for a return and a pick up and still made a purchase, I bought an item and handed her cash but I was short 2$ and I told her to charge me the rest in my card, tell me why she processed to charge me the full amount on my card and kept the cash I handed to her, and right away I went back to tell her that she charged me the full amount on my card, and was looking at me confused and asked me “you handed me money?” And keep in mind she had the money in the counter and was not in the drawer at all, was dissatisfied with this store and very unprofessional

Everyone seemed miserable. I came across 3 employees during my brief visit this afternoon. One guy was in the back being rude to a couple of customers. There were two girls up front with zero customer service skills and impressively bad attitudes. I had called a few minutes beforehand to ask if they had a certain item in stock and they said yes. I took a look around and saw a few things I liked, but couldn’t find what I came in for. I asked the two girls up front and was told they don’t have that but they have something similar. This was my first, and last, time going to Lululemon. I was excited to get several items there, but they will never see a penny of my money. Not happy that they wasted my time. Do better.
