LuLu Nails

I walked in for fills and pedi, they said ok we can do it. My nails are so ugly and lumpy sharp she didn’t even want file and clean the extra acrylic on the said. I had asked for design she said I don’t have time once she had already started my nails. Same for my pedi . Save your money and time.

This was my 1st time here, Sue was very nice and handled my pedicure. She was gentle and attentive. Sunny gave me my Gel X full set with a designed based off a Pic I showed her. She also took her time and was very pleasant. She executed the style perfectly! It's very clean here and I was very relaxed. Going back tomorrow for my lashes!

this place was horrible. so unsanitary, very dirty. the workers were so incredibly rude to me and my mother. i went to get gel x nails and it was messy and horrible. my thumb nail fell off not even 4 hours later, went back to get it fixed and not even an apology. same thing happened with the other hand not even 24 hours later. went back to get it fixed and the same thing. so rude and unwelcoming. another nail has popped off as i am writing this. they also scammed my mother for a pedicure only offering her the 40 dollar one without telling her about the 25 dollar one. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND SUPPORT THEM!!

I called in for an appointment to come in later in the day. They only had one person getting serviced and the two ladies that were available seemed like they didn’t want to take me. It was not a relaxing experience the two girls who did my feet and nails wouldn’t stop talking in Vietnamese and I wasn’t able to use the massage chair because I wasn’t allowed to move. Neither one listened to what I wanted and my nails came out crooked and lumpy. I might as well have painted them myself. I didn’t even get lotion on my feet and when I was done they just left and didn’t say anything. Terrible experience, save your money and go somewhere else.

This place surprised me. It doesn’t have many ratings and it was lonely when I got there. But the ladies were great. They are very friendly and funny. They did a great job with my nails and Ku pedi. They took their time and didn’t rush through the work. They did exactly what I wanted so I was very happy. For a pedi and my nails with gel I paid $75. I think that’s pretty average now. I went ahead and took a picture of their prices. Thought it might be helpful!
