LuLu Island nails

I’ve been coming here for a few years, and it’s a gold mine! I love everyone there, all do amazing work! It’s my hour of quiet time away from stress and reality. So relaxed at times I could nap. Enjoy the 10 minute massage to help wash away the hard days of work. I appreciate everything they do, even fixing two almost broken nails three days before my birthday! Been going here for a while now and I’ve been so disappointed the last couple of times. I got this manicure on Saturday and so far three nails, the top coat peeled right off. All the nails are a different length. The man’s dandruff was falling onto my hands as he was doing the manicure. Products feel cheap lately. The man also laughed when I told him I wanted my nails short.

I have been getting my nails done consistently at Lulu for about a year and a half. The powder gel/dip lasts for 2-3 weeks, usually without any cracking or issues. I have noticed a slight difference in the product companies, as far as quality, just to mention. Lulu carries brands labeled as N, P, PM and bb, for anyone wondering. The girl who consistently did my nails, for over a year, moved away, and I have to say that no one else has done as good of a job, since. I miss her. But, the service I receive is still very good and keeps me coming back, every two weeks!

Never going back. The woman Ella was so rude. They rush you out and just overall not a relaxing environment. Gel Factory nails last longer and the people are way nicer. Its also more clean and calm at Gel Factory

I’ve been going here for a while, I use to love the service. Now I’ve noticed they have become a chop shop. The customer service is basically push as many clients out as fast as possible. I have been there before and have never had issues except the last 2 times. The first time the lady was going so fast she actually cut my finger 2 times. Then this last time in the picture you can see that they were so rough with my nails to get me out the damaged my natural nail. You can see where my powder nail manicure ends and where my natural nail begin growing out. I don’t know what’s happened to them but I would not recommend anymore.
