From the moment I arrived at Lulu Head Spa, I was warmly greeted and immediately taken care of — it truly made me feel valued as a client. My appointment was with Victoria N, and she was absolutely amazing! She’s so kind, attentive, and caring. The entire experience was incredibly relaxing — her massage technique and pressure were perfect. I’ve been to other head spas before, but Lulu Head Spa and Victoria are by far the best! I’ll definitely be recommending them and can’t wait to return!

My experience with victoria was amazing. She was super sweet and super helpful. She walked me through what to expect. During the session gave me feedback on how to care for my hair, she listened to my concerns and gave me suggestions. I'm definitely coming back! My scalp feels amazing, it's clean and refreshed.

I just had an amazing experience at Lulu Head Spa in Naperville. My 60 min service was with Danielle S. The spa is lovely, clean, and soothing. I’m not sure if I’ve ever felt so relaxed in my life. The scalp massage was top notch plus cleansing and deep conditioning of the hair. They also had a warm neck wrap, weighted blanket, and shoulder, neck, and arm massage as part of the experience. After it is done, Danielle gave me a cold water and escorted me to the “Blow Dryer Room” which has several stations with high end products, blow dryers, brushes, and styling tools so that everyone can look their best before leaving. I absolutely loved it! My only constructive criticism is the ambient soundtrack was a thunderstorm. I got goosebumps every time it thundered. Hopefully there is different mus

Very friendly staff, welcoming environment. Very relaxing head spa 90 minute service, mostly focusing on scalp and hair washing/scrubbing and warm water/heat wrap treatments. I especially loved the tea tree and eucalyptus scrub and the self service dry bar available after my appointment. Just know to expect no facial massage or treatments, focus is on scalp and hair care, with a bonus lovely shoulder and neck massage during a hair mask.

I treated myself to their winter scalp special for my bday on the 20th. It’s a little pricey without sales, however they have plenty sales they offer and for the service I got from Zoe, absolutely won my heart to pay the price!! Her hands were magic!!! She deserves 5+ stars and all the recommendations. SHE WAS ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS THE ENTIRE TIME.almost fell asleep with how calm it was. I appreciate their drying room. My hair smelled amazing and was super soft leaving.. yep! I’m a guarantee return customer for Zoe.. I will be back and have already recommended Zoe to several ppl who are looking to book with the spa.
