I just got my hair done here and honestly, I’m super disappointed. When I sat down, and I said, I wanted some layers in my hair the lady just kinda looked at me like she didn’t want to do it. And then she washed my hair, sat me down. She probably spent about seven minutes on the actual cut and most of it was just taking length off. And I said I wanted layers in there. She didn’t really cut her own layers. She just left what was already there but I wanted fresh layers cut. And then she spent about 25 minutes drying my hair and didn’t even completely dry it. I thought she was drying my hair and then gonna put the layers in it. I think she could tell that I was upset when she was done. But it just felt like she didn’t want to do my hair. Been there twice - the first time the owner cut my hair and it's been my absolutely favorite short cut I've ever had. She listened well without me having to over explain and gave me exactly what I wanted and it stayed cute as it grew out for months. I've also had Marguerite give me a pixie and it turned out so cute! Great pricing.

I asked for a hair cut, the lady almost cut all my hair 😳never going there again

I got a haircut, and I absolutely hate it. I asked for long layers and the lady gave me short layers. In the moment when I saw her cutting chunks of my hair, there was no turning back. She styled it and I liked it in the moment. When I got home I saw how much she had cut and how short my first layer was. I’m so upset. Not coming back ever.

Whoever cut my son’s hair today (Jayden on Jan 23rd) left it a bit jagged and it wasn’t as short as we had wanted it. When I asked my husband why he didn’t ask them to take more off, he said the lady was already super grumpy and he didn’t want to bug her... like another customer said, so sorry to annoy you by coming in for a haircut and giving you business. Won’t happen again
