They switch up the price to much for me one minute it’s $50 and then on Valentine’s Day they charge me $70 for just a wash blow out and straighten. The lady rush in my hair my scalp was still curly when I left never again

Customer service is horrible I sat and get service I get charge like crazy for a relaxer I get charge 70$ dollars their statement was because I had braids in (racist)and they are telling that’s the price their stylist was rude and they never post their price like I’m so mad

I had a good experience very professional.My ends were clipped,nice wash&set,good conversation.I would highly recommend I’ve been going off and on for years.

Mixed Feelings About the Service I recently took my daughter to this salon, and while the end result was initially impressive, I have some concerns. The stylist did a good job with her hair, but I was uneasy about the amount of heat used during the process. Although her hair looked nice afterward, a strong smell lingered, which prompted me to wash her hair a few days later. Unfortunately, the smell persisted, and I noticed a change in her hair texture. My daughter’s hair is naturally thick and curly, but after the treatment, it now has a wavy look, which makes me wonder if something else was applied to her hair, even though I don’t believe it was a perm. While the result was nice, I regret having it done as I’m worried about whether her hair will return to its natural state.

Service is not what it use to be here…… i would only recommend Berlin other then that , most likely it’ll be a waste of money and time! It’s new staff every time you turn around the prices are not consistent. Years ago when they were actually good , if you walked in on a Friday or Saturday it would be PACKED! Not anymore! You can walk in and get started immediately lol The lack of customers is definitely a clue that the service is no longer good! It’s other salons that are way more consistent!
