I regret bringing my mom to this salon for a perm. The service was performed by the owner, Lucy, and the results were devastating. The perm severely damaged my mom’s hair, leaving it brittle, with a gum-like texture, and causing significant hair loss. It took years for her hair to recover, and even now, it is not the same as it was before. To make matters worse, Lucy was extremely rude, not only to my mom but also to me when we raised our concerns. Her lack of professionalism and dismissive attitude were deeply disappointing. We trusted this salon to provide quality service, but the experience was anything but. I would strongly advise anyone considering this salon to think twice before booking, especially for chemical treatments.

I was being treated to a, much over due, hair cut to help my appearance when meeting new people for my new small business as a Christmas present. When When Lucy the owner got done I looked like a new woman ( I was literally in tears) and she wouldn't accept payment for cut and style and wished me a Merry Christmas. If i could post before and after pics I would. She made me a new woman. I will never be able to thank her enough.

Ana gave me a perm today she was very good And I previously had it cut by Sandra she did a great job too but she doesn't do perms is why I went to some one else. I would definitely recommend Lucys to anyone.

I made a appointment to have my hair cut and colored, my appointment was at 9:30am they told me my appointment would be with Anna. Well I get there early and I wait. When they get me back in the chair I show the lady what I want and she tells me oh we can't do that today, your only here for a hair cut!! I said no I said over the phone hair cut and color. She's all sorry I can't do that today!! Seriously why did they even make me a appointment for a hair cut and color. Very disappointed in this place. I don't want just a hair cut I needed a color who want to walk around with a fresh cut and gray hair lol no thanks ... So I left won't be doing business with them again.
