Every time I leave her chair, my hair is the perfect color and the perfect cut — exactly what I hoped for, if not better. She has an incredible eye for detail and really listens to what you want. What really sets Lucy apart is how much she cares about her clients. She will go out of her way to make sure everything is absolutely perfect before you leave. Lucy did such a wonderful job on my hair I couldn't be more thrilled! She was knowledgeable, kind and went the extra mile even though I was on a budget! The salon was very cozy and clean. I have a new job tomorrow and she came in even though she wasn't open today. Very flexible but most importantly made me feel at home and comfortable while I was there and beautiful as I left! I was incredibly nervous to sit in a new stylist’s chair after so many years with the same person—but from the moment I met her, I knew I was in good hands. She was not only unbelievably kind and calming, but also so in tune with what I needed. She took the time to really listen, to reassure me, and to make me feel comfortable every step of the way. And then—wow—the color. Truly stunning. She worked magic and gave me exactly what I didn’t even know I was hoping for. It looks natural, dimensional, and so flattering.
