My stylist took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and explained every step of the process so l felt totally comfortable. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I’ve been coming here for 4 years, and Lucy and her team never disappoint. I’ve trusted them with everything from color correction to remove red dye and return to my natural shade, to going blonde multiple times - all without paying outrageous prices. What I admire most is that Lucy and her daughter, Paola, truly care about the health of your hair. They’ll never push a service if they feel your hair can’t handle it, which is rare in today’s world where so many are only after money. They’re also incredibly accommodating with scheduling. I’ve even been able to book same-day appointments more than once. On top of that, their nail salon is a great bonus if you want to pamper yourself while waiting for your hair. I have very curly hair and for years would not go to a salon to get my hair blown out because it would always get frizzy after a couple of hours. I am so happy that I went to Lucy's because I finally found a salon that can tackle my curly hair! They really paid attention specifically to what my hair needed. They shampooed my hair twice, and asked me what tools would work best for my hair. The result was stunning and lasted for days.
