Lucky's Nails Spa

Love it here. Tried a bunch of spots locally and this is definitely the best. They pay attention to detail for what you want and do such a great job. The techs have a great personality and are super nice. I'm always thrilled with my nails when I leave!

$75 for fill in is wild. The customer service was the most horrible. The lady kept tossing my hands back with nasty attitude. Wrong gel color as well. I didn't pick that color. I notice they charged my credit card extra 20 and the guy at the very 1st desk told me come back he will give me $10 . I left out unhappy and not satisfied 🙃 at all. The attitude was horrible. I literally hate giving out my money to business like this. Do better . I wont be back.

THEY TOOK MORE MONEY THEN THEY SAID!!!! They took 15$ more than what I had to pay for. I found that out after I paid and the day passed. I got a notification from my card saying so. I got a full set of acrylics and he did keep trying to find my color but it didn’t seem like he took the right time to make sure it was actually on my nail and not too small. My sister I brought even said that it looks like my nails already grew out and I can see that the acrylic is higher up and the red nail polish is just covering it. He also didn’t glue em correctly the first time because almost all of them kept coming off and he just set it back on and set glue ontop of the nail.

Got a gel pedicure and the polish on my pinky fell off in the first hour of getting them done. Otherwise the pedicure was fine. However my acrylics are a different story… the actual acrylic application is fine but the polish and design are horrible…. Only 3 stars because the price is relatively affordable
