Lucky Nails

My grandma bought me a gift certificate for Christmas. The phone number doesn’t work. She drove there Monday evening to make an appointment. The business hours are 9-7pm, 6:07 the door was locked and they were gone. Had to drive there tonight not knowing if I could get in. My grandmother was also going to get a pedicure but refused to patronize a business with such bad business practices. NEVER WILL PATRONIZE THIS PLACE AGAIN.

I bought a gift certificate for my daughter for Christmas. The phone number on Google doesn’t work and the number on the card doesn’t work!!! Cannot make an appointment!! Bad business practice!!! Do better!

Jenny is amazing!!!!! After a failed attempt at another salon my friend and I went to Lucky Nails. Jenny greeted us immediately and already understood what I was asking for (I’m new to the nail stuff). She’s incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and quick. We both got a full set of ombré nails in an hour. The facility is very clean and comfortable. I am so grateful I’ve found a place I can call “my” nail salon!

I just went to go get my nails done and eye brows waxed. First of all they charged me $60 for a fill. Never have I ever paid that much. Especially since she couldn't even do my nails right. I also got my eye brows waxed and they gave me this burn. I went back and asked them what happened and the owner said oh just slap some cold water on it you'll be fine. Didn't even Acknowledge the fact they burned me or anything. First time Going and NEVER AGAIN will I give them my business.

I went here on Wednesday and it is now Thursday two of my nails have already came off and they were nothing like I asked for I could honestly say I will never return here ever again And I highly advise someone who really wants their nails done. Do not go here. This is terrible.
