If I could give a business zero stars, this place would deserve it! I feel badly for the staff for these working conditions, but the place is filthy! I made an evening appointment based on the high rating… sadly I canceled after walking up, being ushered past piles of dirt/trash, and being shown a pedicure bowl looking less than stellar. At that point, I could not trust the cleanliness of their tools or surfaces! I politely & quietly gave them a “no thank you, I have to go”, and hightailed it out! Plenty of other perfectly clean options in the area.

I'm shocked with my experience at this place because of all of the positive reviews. My nails turned out horrible. I'm not sure if they gave me new people but this lady had no idea what she was doing. She drilled like all of the acrylic off after I told her she was making them too thin, because what I knew would happened... happened! Her paint job was terrible too. I asked for a simple French and she had to wipe it off and redo it a few times and didn't even cover all of the nail tip. I got my nails done Friday and it's now Monday and the paint and my nails are chipping. AFTER 3 DAYS!!! I get my nails done every 3 weeks! Don't get me started on my eyebrows again had to be a new girl, but she barely took any hair off after I asked her to fix them still didn't look like she took anything off

Its always very clean i go frequently and its always clean and the Girls always trato you very well they do an excellent job u lote this salón the Best in newark

Today was the first time I went here. Kevin did my pedicure and my nails. I got a gel pedicure and ombre pink & whites. Kevin was friendly and I'm very happy with what he did. Prices are good/fair. I also got my eyebrows done by one of the girls.

I was here from out of town and found them from google. Went there and the girl who did my nails n feet did a great job. The polish came out perfect. She didn't need to fix it at all. When I gave her the money w a 20% tip she seemed shocked. That shows me people arent tipping enough. These girls work on your feet n hands and deserve to be compensated. Tip them. Great job! THAT WAS IN JUNE I came back to this salon the other day whilenstaying in NY , 1 its very reasonable in price compared to Boston. ALSO , my regular manicure lasted 2 weeks last time. This time around the salon was very busy. I got the same girl who is Mishelle.
