Lucky Nails is a hidden gem in the Northshore with exceptional service & the best nail techs. Sophia has been keeping my nails strong & healthy for 3+ years & I am grateful for her. Went in to try the Dazzle Dry because people recommended this. I went in on a Saturday and it's now Tuesday, 3 days later and it's peeling. I called to ask for my money back and they would not. He then called back saying I could come in to have it done again. He said he could try to refund me half. I said keep it and I'm still sending a review. I have heard from people that Dazzle Dry should last weeks. He said "I guess it doesn't last on you and everyone is different".

I've been coming here for years and I really like these folks. They are extremely accommodating and are always trying to fit you in and provide good customer service. A gel pedi is $59. They do a nice foot/calf massage too. Some of the staff are a little better than others in regard to the massage but they are all good. They are very meticulous when doing your nails and look for polish that isn't perfect as they are working, while fixing along the way if needed. One thing that it important to point out is that the people who work here are working VERY hard. It is non stop customers in the salon on most days and they are hunched over and smelling fumes all day, while trying to keep smiling and making people happy. It cant be easy, yet they still do a good job and are better than a lot of

I had a really disappointing experience with Sophia. She dropped the acrylic powder all over me and didn’t apologize or even try to clean it up, and the whole time she was making rude comments like she was talking about me instead of focusing on her work. She wore gloves in a way that felt cold and careless, not sanitary or professional, and when it came time for the “hand massage,” she used oil instead of cream, which just left my hands feeling greasy instead of relaxed. The service was sloppy, uncomfortable, and unprofessional, and I definitely wouldn’t book with her again. Also was 75$

I was in town visiting my mother and they took me right away as I didn’t have an appointment. I spent time with Sophia and I love the way she did my nails. Very accommodating and very friendly here. Thank you for a nice experience.
