This place is very clean they work very hard…. But I had my nails for not even a full week and one came off… Courtney did my nails and she did a good job she was on the phone the whole time though and when I would tell her to go shorter she didn’t listen. When I came back a few days later when my nail came off I waited an HOUR for them to do the one nail not everyone was busy doing something but I could be wrong . When I did get my nail done the girl rushed the design and it didn’t look like my other nail design at all and it was longer than the rest . Before i had tipped Courtney 10$ and I had to pay to wait an hour to get it half done right and pay more for the one nail. The lady next to me was saying the same thing happened to her and she scheduled an appointment and still waited 45 min

The men here are honestly so rude. The guy doing my nails didn’t fix any of the flooding of the gel. I wanted to get a gel manicure which is around 20-30 minutes. I had at first gone at 12, but my lash appointment was at one and it was 12:45 with no service. So I left and came back later at 3. They didn’t even start me until 4:16. They weren’t packed in the slightest as well. The lady who seated me was very pleasant while the man who did my nails honestly seemed so agitated the whole time. If you want decent service I recommend getting one of the ladies.

Courtney did amazing job!! This was my first time getting chrome nail polish. I really love this red!!

First time here, really enjoyed it. Had a great experience, the lady was very sweet and gentle. I was very happy with her (I think her name was Emma or Emmy) and will be back!

I now have nail fungus due to the nasty tools they use. They do not clean their instruments between customers. Be wary you don't get the fungus. I guarantee they will give you fungus too!
