Lucky Nails

Sadly- the reviews were mixed so we took a chance. And for $100 for a full set and pedi- I am very disappointed. The color was applied lumpy- they were rushing because they didn’t want to turn people away despite clearly being overwhelmed. My nails were for a special trip and they are wrecked. I wish I had more reviews to read so I would not have come here- I hope my review saves you the uncertainty. A few pics so you get the idea…. lumpy, pooled to one side, uneven almond shape. The pedi…just as bad. One of the gals has a few nails pointed upward- they were applied wrong and careless. One gal was nicked several times. All around bad experience.

I came to this salon today and left extremely unhappy. For the people thinking, “this place is convenient so I’m going to go here”, you will be disappointed. The prices they charge SHOULD reflect nothing but experienced nail techs, and that is NOT the case. There are only two people that work here, and they will rush to get through everyone, which caused my nails to be ugly and sloppy. Even if you arrive before someone else, they will work on multiple people at once, which then delays your nails from being completed. I was there for almost 2 hours, which is crazy. I did point the especially terrible pinky nail out to the woman, and she didn’t fix it, so yes I did advocate for myself to her. In addition, the woman is incredibly rough with her nail file and will sand down the skin around you

I’ve been going here for a while and I LOVE Katie! She always does a great job on my nails. Make an appointment tho she does get busy. I think she does a great job… and I’ve never had to have her fix anything EVER but if I didn’t like something she would fix it. She is very very sweet! They make me feel comfortable and my nails look good!! These are good people! Katie is good with the nails and the man is good with pedi/feet stuff! My nails always last a long time too! I stay busy so it’s hard for me to come every two weeks and they literally will last me all month or until I can get in! They are not popping off or breaking!! This is where I’ll always go! <3

The guy Charged me $55 for a full set and demolished nail cuticles just 3 days before my wedding day. I feel like he purposely kept grinding against my cuticles out of anger because he couldn’t understand what I needed done despite me showing a picture of what I wanted. and to top things off, not only did he do this , he didn’t even put the tips on evenly,I waited for 4 hours for this nonsense to be done in their shop in total before he finished. If I could give zero stars I would. I’m highly disappointed! And never will be back.

I have gotten 3 sets soon to be 4 of acrylics there and my experience has been great!
