Lucky Nails

First (and last!) time ever going here after seeing “good” reviews and this is what I got for my pedicure!! The guy who did my pedicure filed my skin with the electric file more than my nails and cut me a few times. Then burned my legs with the hot towel, sprayed my toes with some type of alcohol burning all of my cuts, and then tried wiping the excess polish off with his hard, long nails, on the skin that he just cut and burned. Which clearly didn’t even work because you can see the polish on my cuticles. Also, the lady who did my manicure right before this cut me with the cuticle scissors and I swear it only took her 20 minutes to do the whole mani. Not impressed. How could you let your customer leave your salon like this?! And my total was $117. Not happy at all.

Fiance and step daughter came in to get pedicure and they were immediately reminded as to why they travel to Grand forks to get their nails done. They were RUSHED and daughter told the female owner she had a hurt leg and she laughed and squeezed harder. VERY DISSAPOINTED in this business. They will NEVER RETURN. I WOULD GIVE THEM ZERO 🌟 IF I COULD.

Love this place! They are friendly and do a great job. Always enjoy my visit. Had a wonderful pedicure today. Very reasonable priced for the services you get with pedicure.

Both times I went this summer, the service was extremely rushed. I am not joking when I say my gel manicure was only 10 minutes in total. Cuticles weren't even pushed back, as she was applying the polish a "fuzzy" landed on one of my nails and the tech didn't even remove it! So, there it was stuck on my nails for three entire weeks. A complete waste of $40. May I add, she made me bleed and left a sore on my nail edge.

I asked for a natural nail color with french tips, and they used some type of pink acrylic powder and polish. I repainted my nails as soon as I got home. None of the nails are the same length, and some aren't even filed evenly. Their prices are way to high for what I asked for. Worst $75 I ever spent. Will not be going back.
