Lucky Nails

My cuticles were cut so much they bled. The “manicurist” stated that I have sensitive cuticles. I’ve NEVER bled before during a manicure. He should not have a license for this! I walked out before it was over. DO NOT GO HERE!

Took my step-daughter there to get her nails done for prom and all she got was French tip short, they charged her $66. And when asked why it was over charged when there pricing saids $35. They refused to explain very rude yelled at her and me. They kept cutting her and making her bleed and had to wipe away the blood to do her nails.. been going here years but never again very disappointed.

Customer service terrible. The guy giving pedicure was so rude. I asked for my toes to be buffed and he went nuts. They can’t keep good help.

The owner is very rude and my nails pop off in less than a week. I paid $75. That's extremely ridiculous.

Beware!! Worst color selection and worst customer service in Columbus! No one speaks English, very rude and way to high priced to have such terrible service. Save your time and money and go else where!
