Second time getting my nails done here and I absolutely love this place! Prices are very reasonable and everyone is very polite and helpful. Thank you guys for my beautiful nails :).

Absolutely atrocious. Usually when I am serviced here the nails come out decent, (for basic color).. but this experience may have been my last. The past few times I’ve gotten my nails done the staff was very short with customers and would barely acknowledge anyone. There is no front desk person and no greeting. The wait usually ranges from 20-60 minutes. This time however, I showed my artist the design to which she agreed to doing. Once the full set was on she proceeded to give me a French tip instead of what I asked for and was very rude to me when I asked for her for at least ONE of my nails to have a design she told me no after previously agreeing to the reference and continued to throw my hands around. The saving grace of my experience was the lovely pedicure technician. I asked for the pink nail tip as shown but without the pearls. I was quoted one price and proceeded to have my nails done. The pedicure was great. The fill was decent. As seen in my photos nails which were stiletto when I came in are now almond, the pink is not the correct shape and the polka dots are on the clear part of the nail. The technician then tried to charge more than the quoted price and I had to stand there while she and the gentleman who quoted me hashed it out in their native language. I will not be back to this salon. This is my second mediocre experience and definitely not worth the $45 I paid just for my nails. The $33 pedicure was worth it and within the average price range of neighboring salons.

Disappointed. I went in to have my acrylic overlay removed and after an hour left with these results. There is still acrylic peeling off of my nails and they are cut unevenly. My hands were soaking in acetone for 30-40 minutes, and are now stiff and dry. I wasn’t even given any lotion or oil. As soon as I washed my hands I was asked for payment. And if I didn’t have to pick my child up I would not have paid the $15.00.

If i could give no stars I would. I dislike writing negative reviews because I understand we are all human. There's room for error and some times it could just be a bad day but my whole experience here was disappointing and negative. I took my 3 year old daughter here to get her nails painted, nothing crazy just wanting to treat her to a special birthday treat since she's been asking to go to the salon with me. When I walked in and asked for her to get her nails and toes painted i was completely denied with the gentleman telling me she is "too young for a pedicure. I laughed and said we just wanted to get her nails and toes painted not an actual pedicure. They agreed which tbh I should have just walked out right then.
