DON’T COME HERE. My wife got a gift card and booked an Organic Bomb Pedicure for me and wrote in the notes all the details. She added exactly what the price would be to pay. When I got there the person that she booked me with (Tony) did not do my pedicure. Then they sat me down and asked me to choose a scent. I did and that immediately meant that they bumped my service up two tiers from the one booked without me knowing. They also didn’t even offer me the “complimentary” drink that came with my original booking. They are very deceptive and don’t tell you if your choice will incur an up charge. Don’t go here. Today, January 11, 2026, was the first time I got my nails done here. This morning, I was able to schedule an appointment on the website. I scheduled with Tony for 11:15am (I randomly selected him because it listed that he did Dip and Gel Builder nails). When I arrived for my appointment, I was instantly greeted by the receptionist and seated with Tony. He diligently worked with me because I physically wanted to know what the difference between acrylic and gel builder on my nails. He did an example of each on my pinky fingers and I decided with the Gel Builder set with a thin white tip. Tony also did my pedicure. I picked the herb pedicure $77 that comes with callus remover, paraffin wax, hand mask, hot towels and hot stone, sugar scrub and complimentary wine and neck heat therapy. Tony

Unfortunately it takes one bad experience to write this review. My usual nail tech Vi wasn't there so someone else had to attend me 2 different ladies and i'm am so pissed the first one removed half my hair from my eye brows that iv been growing for a whole year and the 2nd lady did a sloppy job on my nails and didn't even take a look at them once she finished. I live super far and always choose this salon and because of this i will not be coming back i am super upset that i barley have hair on my eye brows as you can see in the after picture and the before!! Moral of the story if your nail tech cant attend you don't go to someone else !!

Love love love Kat!! She is the best nail tech I have ever had and does great design. My experience is amazing every time I book with her. Everyone here is so nice and welcoming!
