Lucky Nail & Spa on Flatbush Ave

I believe Jenny did my pedicure, personality wise she was jovial and welcoming. The quality of the pedicure wasn't that great though. Even after clean up there was polish on my skin and under the nail of my big toe. What really brought it down to a two though was the nail tech. She was watching videos on her phone while prepping my nails. I ask for a specific shape, she said yes. After applying the acrylic to a few nails I realize she don't know what she's doing. I showed her a picture, she said I can't do it, go back where you got that, if that's what you want. This rubbed me the wrong way because why say yes in the first place? I needed my nails done urgently so I tried to make the best of the situation. She gave me lumpy uneven application so I had to tell her to fix them several time

Nancy is great at what she does. I get a manicure and pedicure twice a month and she has NEVER done a bad job. Thanks Nancy!!!

I’ve been coming here since i was 10 i am now 15 me and my mom have came here based on many occasions. I love the employees so sweet and welcoming, the pricing isn’t too bad as well it could be better but i hands down love coming here!!!

Had a pleasant experience. Went on a holiday. It was empty and the prices are reasonable.

Have been going here for some time and actually travel a bit to go here. The ladies are really kind, know what I like, and have good suggestions for new styles/looks to try. Not super fancy, but the environment is pretty quiet and not chaotic like some salons. If you are looking for some place inexpensive, quiet, and professional, this is the place to go. :)
