New owners are friendly, and they have a dedicated staff... some have been there for years. I neglected my nails for years because I was a busy mom. Now that I'm back working with the public, I wanted to take time to care for myself again but I was nervous about having nice nails after spending time getting them done. They get me in and out quickly, and my nails last 2-3 weeks, even with all the wear and tear they go through while I'm serving and taking care of customers. I know a lot of people love long nails, but I prefer mine short and they always come out so clean, polished, and beautiful. Bonus: they also have a loyalty card program. Highly recommend.

this place is outrageous!! i got a very short fill with polkadots and swirls. i asked for a light base and i got a dark orange!!!! it had to be filed off to fix it. 😒 the entire expierence took 2 whole hours! i had to get switched to another person because the guy continuously drew the same shape and erased it. they charged me $92!!!! 😡 the last time i went there it was $65 for the same french tip and design with the same 3 colours! who on earth pays $92 WITHOUT TIP for a short fill! (not to mention my base is uneven and painted horribly)

I took my diamond and Emerald ring off and put it in my large purse so the dust from my fill didn’t get into the stones. The female owner (who did my nails) saw me do this and commented on my ring. I made the mistake of leaving my purse unattended while I washed my hands. I never saw my ring again! When I called the shop later and spoke to the male co-owner asking if a ring was returned, his immediate response was “we don’t do that, we don’t take things.” I found this to be odd as I never accused them of stealing. They suck!!!!

Worst experience. Nails should not be traumatic. Everything about getting my nails done here has been a bad feeling. From the first time when they did gel not dip as I asked, to the shape being wrong, to the 6 times I had to return to fix broken nails. To being yelled at and talked over, gaslight, told I was wrong. Being cut and left bleeding, and never apologized- not once. NEVER GO HERE. You will not get back this time. Taking them all off is better than suffering #abuse Even if it is what makes you feel most yourself.

Getting your nails done shouldn’t be painful! Durning my pedicure last night, the lady was so rough on my feet I kept saying it hurts and she did nothing about it, and now the next day my toe is still in a lot of pain.
