Went in 1st time for eyebrows. I wanted them arched an thin. She didnt want to do thin. Theyre my eyebrows. I came home they are arched only. One side looks ok the other one wasnt so they were uneven. This is why i go to Castle Nail owner Olivia does my eyebrows the way i want an perfect every time. Oh an no customer service either. Never going back

Love this place! Always quick and well done. Would not bother making an appointment though, they will take a walk-ins regardless of standing appointments.

This place has the worst customer service. I came recommended from a friend and she told me her star design on all five fingers was $45. When I went I had a design with dots and was told it was going to be $50. I asked why there’s a price difference and she said because my design was harder. In what way are dots harder than stars. Helen the owner said my friend was lying which is very disrespectful to call a paying customer a liar. They also claimed to not have a specific color and say it’s only available in powder gel just to make yo spend more money. I was adamant about the color I wanted and got the color because I knew it comes in gel. Not to mention my nails were not filed correctly and are rough at the ends, I had to ask for three coats because two was showing my nail when three is
