Lucky Nail

Absolutely awful experience. They rushed me to pick a color when I couldn't even look through the options properly. The Gel-X nails were horrendous—uneven, clumpy, and nowhere near the edges. When I pointed it out, the tech blamed my “small fingers” and said that’s just how Gel-X looks (which is nonsense). The place wasn’t very clean, either. They made me pay for this mess without any apology or attempt to make it right. Don’t waste your money here; the quality and service are abysmal!

They came off in 3 days worst $120 i ever spent. I did like how they design tho. I would only get toes done here. Long nails— no way!

I’m so traumatized by this place ion want to be reminded of it. I came in for a pedicure they seem overly joyed to have a customer so I’m like okay idk if that’s a good thing or bad but once she got to taking my previous gel set off with the tool, it was a hot uncomfortable feeling on my toenail and it didn’t take the gel off idk if they are using cheap tools or what but the feeling was unbearable I got up left and went to another nail shop that had no problem getting the gel off and it didn’t feel like they were trying to start a fire on my toenail

Didn’t disinfect Tools!!!! As I walk in they have very friendly customers service. Not sure if we went in a slow day but only 3 people were working it was a Friday so I was expecting for more workers to be there but anyways only my husband and son did their pedicure . When they finally sat my son the lady that was doing my sons feet did really good the only thing is that they don’t disinfect their tools :/ My husband saw it on time because before the lady did my son feet she had a man that had fungus on his toe nails. At no time she clean the tools my husband had to let her know. .

Been coming here for over 10+ years. I have always satisficed with the service. Definitely best manicure and pedicure service in the area. Hands and feet always came out clean. The staff always smiling and friendly. Especially, Tony and Suzan they are like family to me.
