Lucky Foot Spa

Massage was subpar. Forced to take a 40 min massage after booking 1 hour on the phone.for me and my wife. I wanted to give a $10 tip total, and was surprised to be forced at a glaring state to give $10 per massager. Not professional at all. On top of that, atmosphere music was not relaxing at all, with very fast- paced pop music. My first impression is that they have no idea how to keep people relaxed and I see other reviews with very similar reviews, so I know I am not the only one who experienced this. Never coming back here unless they change their system.

Not sure how this place has a good rating because all the negative reviews I read were 100% true. I booked an hour massage and hour foot reflexology with a friend and from the start it was just a mess. We asked for 2 women and they sent a women and a man. They put my friend and me in the same room which is fine but the whole time the masseuses were talking, and given the fact that there was loud music coming from the main room anyway it wasn't peaceful at all. My friend thought her masseuse was good but the guy I had had zero pressure at all and seemed confused on what to do. Overall the massage was a 2.5 out of 5. The foot massage wasn't much better, we had the same people so my friend had better pressure than me but it was okay, 3 out of 5. Then when we went to pay, we paid separately

Wow, I had an awesome experience, the first time that I had a massage done weir someone stands on my back, and am a muscular guy so I can handle that type of pressure, and their technique was amazing it felt like a dance, The masseuse that I had was very strong, but I loved it, they just need to learn more English, for them being there 9 years they should know more English, to really get more money, and be ready to tip big, am a big tipper any way so I had a blast!!!

The experience was unprofessional and disappointing. We called the day before to schedule a couples massage, but when we arrived, they seemed completely unprepared and surprised to see us. Communication was a major issue as they didn’t speak English. To make matters worse, the person they intended to have massage me was the same individual we had just seen sweeping the front of the shop while smoking a cigarette. The entire setup felt extremely sketchy and far from what you’d expect for a calming spa or massage experience. Needless to say, we left immediately. If you’re looking for a legitimate and relaxing spa, this is NOT the place to go.
