I’ve been coming here on and off for years, so when my body started asking for some serious TLC, I knew exactly where to go. I was happy they could still take me as a walk-in — it made the whole experience easy and stress-free from the start. Before the pandemic, a full hour was under $40 (before tip — such a steal). It’s now $60, but honestly, that’s still very reasonable compared to most places. For the quality of work you’re getting, it’s absolutely worth it. The therapist was wonderful. She was attentive, intuitive, and incredibly thorough. She found and worked through my tension without me even having to point anything out. We've been going to this place for many years and never had a bad experience. They are quite happy to customize the massage (more or less pressure, back walking, etc.) if you ask them, and tip them well. I'm amazed at how many complainers there are. This is a labor intensive service, generous tipping should be normal and expected. Of course there are many cheapskates trying to get something for nothing, and tip very little, or don't want to tip AT ALL. I don't blame management for calling them out. This is the Bay Area, everything is expensive here. If you don't want to tip generously for a massage, stay home!

I’ve been coming to this place for over two years and have always had good experiences. Unfortunately, during my visit yesterday, my masseuse spent most of the session chatting with another masseuse in the next room, separated only by curtains. The conversation was ongoing and in a language I don’t understand, which made the situation uncomfortable, as I had no way of knowing whether I was being discussed. I felt uncomfortable calling it out in the moment. The ongoing conversation affected the quality of the massage — there were frequent pauses, and it felt like the therapist wasn’t fully focused on my body or responding to tension and reactions, which is important to me in a massage.

Absolutely the worst front desk experience I’ve ever had. This guy at reception (7/12/2025 7PM) was unbelievably rude and dismissive — zero customer service, zero basic manners. The “massage menu” is literally a flimsy business card with only two vague options: one-hour foot or body massage. He arbitrarily booked me for a body massage without even asking, and when I said I actually wanted a foot massage, he suddenly claimed no one was available. Laughable. This place runs like a scammy back-alley business — unprofessional, greedy, and completely disrespectful. They don’t care about clients, just your money. I wouldn’t come back here if it was free. Avoid at all costs. Hope this place goes out of business.

This place is crazy! Massage was aite, tipped 5 dollars, front desk lady said it wasn’t enough and chased me outside. She said it was minimum 10 dollars, and if I didn’t she would call the cops on me, dude I’m just trying to get a massage…..
