I regret to report a profoundly disappointing experience at this establishment, stemming from two major issues: service integrity and professional conduct. First, the environment was uncomfortably hot upon arrival, making relaxation difficult before the session even began. The core of the problem, however, was the handling of a gift certificate. My family purchased a one-hour massage gift certificate for me three months ago. When I presented it, I was informed they would no longer honor it for the duration paid for, citing a price change. They stated it was now only valid for a 30-minute session. To avoid conflict, I reluctantly agreed to the shortened time. Professional full body massage. The masters are great in what they do. After 8 hours driving. The body feels so much relaxed. The cost is reasonable as well. The music is relaxing and smoothing. We really enjoy the experience. Thank you.

I have been coming here weekly for the last month for some lower back issues and couldn't be more pleased with the service. The owners are always very friendly and the place is quiet, clean and relaxing when I go. The prices are reasonable and the masseuse I worked with, (Wendy) was very knowledgeable and trained in body work. I always leave feeling relaxed and sleep great those evenings. Her hands are strong, which I like, allowing for that deep tissue touch. My friend recommended this place and I'm so glad he did. It has really helped me this month and I plan to go back soon. The therapist I saw has golden hands. I’ve been a few places and where others may grind on you, her finger tips went directly to problem areas that I didn’t even know existed. Best massage I’ve ever had.
