First time in and no complaints. Fast cut, clean, and made me look better than when I came in. No wait time was a plus.

My appointment was cancelled twice. When I finally went there, I had to wait a long time and ended up with a very poor haircut. It was uneven, and my wishes were not taken into account at all. I even had the impression that simple things, like just trimming the hair on top, could not be done properly. In the end, I stopped the haircut and had it fixed at home by a friend.

I have been using Lucky Cuts for a little while now have never had any issues and great for the price, very friendly and always receive what I asked for
