Brought a hot comb from here $14.99 got home & opened it. It did not work. Called to try to return it. & they said no refund due to it being opened. How else was I supposed to know if it worked or not

They have no manners, will yell at you without good reason. Very aggressive with terrible customer service and no regard for the people whom they’re selling to. All they care about is money not actual helping customers. I would suggest going to a different supply store if you actually need help with finding things because they Will blame you for listening to their advice.
