I’ve been going here for years. Yesterday I went and needed a mix color. It came out great. The staff helped me as always. Management is delightful. And lastly you have to be a GOOD CUSTOMER, to get GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Bad reviews usually come from bad customers. I deal with it all the time.

Lucky Beauty Supply has been my go to beauty supply store for over 20 years! All the way back from when I was a relaxer girly to today, as a natural. The staff is always helpful and kind. I can always count on leaving with what I need! With so many products all in 1 place, I love how I can immediately ask the cashier/staff for assistance instead of aimless walking up and down the aisles. The prices are fair, and the hours are great especially for those last minute runs. I can pop in with my hair half way done, no long lines no crowd of people, just in and it out. While struggling with postpartum hair loss I remember the staff and the cashiers kind words and helpful product recommendations this, truly made all the difference for me. Thank you ladies.

I stopped in briefly with my 13-year-old daughter. We were not greeted or offered any help upon entering, despite the owner clearly watching through security cameras. While browsing, my daughter accidentally knocked over a bottle of oil that fell and the cap broke. The owner immediately started screaming, EXCUSE ME! EXCUSE ME! Accidents happen. Instead of calmly addressing the situation, the owner immediately began yelling. I offered to pay for the $14 item right away to de-escalate, but she continued yelling — including directly at my daughter. My daughter became visibly upset and started crying. I repeatedly asked the owner to speak to me and not my child, but she continued directing her anger towards her. The owner had no problem quickly pulling video footage of the incident when aske

Went here with my good friend and met the owner who was very helpful, her staff was warm and literally hugged my friend when we walked in. My friends daughter needed help for a project and they were going the extra mile. Being a business owner myself its nice to be a customer and see such good customer service. 30 years of family business shows that the store is a go to for all your beauty supply needs. The two sisters by the register values customer service. I have seen first hand how respectful they treat their employees. I will definitely go back there for shopping.
