I walked into this salon with a simple request for a wash and set. The place was completely empty, not a single customer in sight, yet I was met with attitude and resistance from the moment I walked in. The woman at the front was on her cell phone, casually chatting in Spanish, not realizing I understood every word, while ignoring me like I wasn’t standing in a place of business. When I finally got her attention and asked for a service, she offered a wash and blow-dry instead, which I was fine with. But the moment I mentioned I had extensions, the tone completely shifted. She got dismissive and told me no, with a whole lot of unnecessary energy behind it.
