The techs were very nice, however they charged me $25 to remove gel polish (drilled it off did not soak even though they told me they would soak it off) without telling me removal price beforehand. The gel wasn’t removed properly. I got regular polish done, the next day it started chipping. The service before tip was $75 for a regular mani pedi.

Edit: they reached out for me to come in and fix it - and they did a really nice job the 2nd time. I appreciated their reach out and handling of this! I usually come here, but today I went with someone different named Tais and it came out so bad. The shaping was strange and each nail has bubbles and mistakes throughout. 45 dollars on this plus tip wasn’t worth it.

UPDATED REVIEW.... I decided to give them another try since they reached out to me to fix my nails. Ana thank you so much for giving me my nails I wanted in the 1st place! She was very attentive to what I wanted and took her time fixing my nails not making me feel rushed at all. She did an amazing job and I will be back for sure! I came here for the 1st time last month and had a great experience great service and great technician. Went back for a gel fill got someone different and worst experience ever! Maryann was very rough all around during the whole process. I came In with coffin style nails and left with uneven square nails different lengths. I always keep the same length and the 1st time I was charged 50 for a gel fill...this time I was charged $60 for my medium fill...I felt rushed

Angel is lovely and does such a beautiful job and all the other women who work there are warm and kind. Plus the couch is cozy to wait if you need to.

This is long but a must-read! I have been searching high and low for a new nail spot. I’m loyal, sometimes to a fault, so it takes me awhile to find exactly what I’m looking for because once I do, I’m committed. That is how I feel about this salon, after my first visit I am committed. It is EVERYTHING and more! I got a Jelly Pedicure, which is HEAVEN. I hold a cosmetology license and I haven’t seen these pedis anywhere! From start to finish, it was so relaxing and it felt amazing. Whatever that jelly is, I would pay to bathe/lay in it daily, not kidding. The lovely woman who did my pedicure got every bit of hard-anything off of the bottoms of my feet. my feet were literally baby soft and still are 24 hours later.
