Lucent nails spa

Wish i can give this place a 0 star ! after telling my friend it was okay to get nails a toes for both of us. they ended up only telling me that they wasn't going to do my toes because they was about to close !.my friend got really upset because they said yes at first ! So she told them they have to do my toes and i don't even know for what !! because i end up with the ugliest painted toes ! To then Charge me 140 for retouch of my nail with gel and regular white toes ! Also my nails are all chipped and the gel its coming off and its only been a week! The worse place ! Don’t go here ! They always speaking there languages and always looking at each other and looking at me weird felt very uncomfortable! Never ever coming here again!

Amazing service! I haven't had such an amazing service with excellent outcomes like this ever! Eva took her time and diligently worked on my requested nail design. It was silent and peaceful unlike may of the nail salons I've been to. My mom also did foot care and she loved it and was very satisfied. Definitely coming back to this nail salon again !

I used to love this place. It was expensive but worth it because the pedicure would last. The past few times, however, the girls have been rushed and the pedicure has been a mess. Today, one girl rushed through my pedicure - had someone else finish - she stepped on my feet. It was a disaster.. this is what I left with. 40 dollars and it looks like a child did my pedicure. I’m going to go somewhere else to have it fixed. Won’t return to Lucent.

I have been going to Lucent Nails monthly for past two years and have been able to walk in, their service has been quick and great quality. However, I’ve noticed a decline in the service quality during my recent visits. In the past, the staff was attentive and took their time to ensure that every detail was perfect. Unfortunately, my last few experiences with new nail techs and their lack of experience reflects in the end product, dip power too thick and uneven. This third time they put my nails to soak and had me sitting for over half hour with my nails soaking, that I end up pulling the foils off. Even though I do walk in they can communicate there is a wait but don’t. This will be the last time I visit Lucent nails. If management was more communicative I would stay but they do

I asked for acrylic which is 65 and they said they gave me something else for 95, although I watched her do them and it was acrylic. Also last time I got the same pedicure it was 47 and this time it was 57.. the manicure looks horrible my fingers and thumb have never looked so crooked or big and it was very painful
