Vin, the owner and stylist gave me a mini highlights instead of partial highlights. I even showed him a picture, but he gave highlights that couldn't even get noticed. He said it is a settled highlights. I told him that is not what I asked for. Instead of fixing it or apologizing, he said after a few washes, it will lighten up. It did lighten up very little, but because he did limited strands, it did not look like a salon highlights. I asked for face framing, but apparently he doesn't know what that means....lol. Not sure how these people get their license. There was very little highlights around my face. It was not even the color I asked for. My hair is dark brown, and it takes professional work to lighten up. Other salons spend 3 hours and this guy spent two hours on me. I paid him

Vin did a great job on my haircut yesterday. He listened to my requests and turned my hair turned out beautifully.
