Leo did such a good job on my nails! I’m so happy with how they came out and the overall experience was very pleasant! Will definitely be back!

I get a pedicure once a month. I go to various places for different experiences. I was traveling thru Ruston and stopped here. By far the worst pedicure I've ever received. The UPGRADE pedicure was sloppily done. Buffed 2 toes on one foot. Didn't even got all the paraffin off my feet. Couldn't stay off her cell phone. Finally just walked off without saying anything. This place doesn't deserve one star.

The nail tech that serviced my nails did a horrible job. I'm assuming he had an attitude by the way he was handling my hands. The only reason I went because my nail tech Lai at Pretty nails in Jonesboro was out town. I guess I will go ahead and buy that translation ear piece from tik tok shop so that I don't have to "assume"

I came to get a full set. As soon as I walked in they told me that they were full for the day. There were two ladies getting their nails done and no one waiting. Mind you it was 5:00 PM and they close at 7:00 PM. There was plenty of time for them to take care of me. They didn't even ask what I wanted. I feel as if I was racially profiled because another lady came after me and they gladly took her in. I will not be visiting this salon anymore.

I walked In with my daughter, the young man was doing a pedicure and said "what you need?" I replied " pedicures and refills". He then look around the counter and said he could not help us because there were only two workers there. ( very rudely).. there was only one customer in the building. Never a need to be rude or disrespectful. My daughter and I just walked out.
