Had a great experience today for pedicure and manicure. The Tropical pedicure was spa quality with citrus aromatics. Tom, my nail tech took his time with my services and made sure things were perfect. The owner greeted me right away and was helpful with explaining the services. All staff smiled when I came in and I certainly felt welcome. Will be back soon!

I came here because a friend recommended it to me. This is the worst acrylic nail set I have ever gotten. The lady that did my nails did them too fast and I have glue on my skin around my nails from her rushing. My nails are super thick too, she didn’t speak to me the whole time except when I had to wash my hands. When I asked if she could change the channel so I could watch something better than boring taxes she sighed very loudly and said no you can watch that tv over there. The place is old, and not very modern at all. Overall, bad place to get your nails done.

Horrible job on my nails. I had bubbles all over my nails because the acrylic wasn't put on properly. I initially thought it was the clear polish so I took it off & still had bubbles. I went back the next day to show them. All the girl did was file them & put a clear gel top coat. She told me the guy just forgot to put on the gel top coat but the thing is I DIDN'T have a gel top coat the day prior. I had regular polish. So now I have shiny bubble filled nails. They also started lifting after 2 days. The pic is from immediately after I walked out the shop.

If I could give this salon a -100 I most definitely would. They are HORRIBLE! I came in, showed them what I wanted and the service was so bad I didn’t let them finish I ended up leaving. First off the man kind of got smart with me because I told him I wanted to cut my nails down, I told him this upon arrival but he said I didn’t tell him at all when I know for a fact I did. Then after he shaped me up which was not the shape I wanted the wife took over for my design. I showed her my picture of my inspo once again, y’all it was like watching a toddler paint my nails. I even showed her a video of the nail tech doing the design and she got so mad at me showing her the video however I did it because she kept messing up. It was so tacky I had her remove it and give me a solid color. Even when do

I go to Kim. She is always very nice & courteous. I love the service I receive when I visit this nail shop. It is my go-to !
