I had the best experience with Heather! I brought in a few photos because I didn’t even know how to describe the haircut I wanted, and she somehow knew exactly what I meant and delivered it perfectly. She also took the time to walk me through the pros and cons of a hair color I was considering, and explained everything in a way that actually made sense to me. Her knowledge and caring approach really stood out. Throughout my appointment, Heather explained each step to her apprentice, Kirstin, and it was so sweet to see how patient she was while teaching. Kirstin was also great & quirky! You can really feel how much they love what they do. I couldn’t recommend Heather and her team more! 💛✂️

I recently booked an appointment with Andrea for a color and cut, and I am so glad I did. I usually do my own hair and rarely go to professionals, so I walked in completely out of my comfort zone. I didn’t know the terminology or what to expect, and I was honestly pretty nervous. Andrea was AMAZING from start to finish. She never made me feel unsure or embarrassed about my questions. She took her time explaining everything, helped me figure out exactly what I wanted, and delivered a result that was spot-on. I truly couldn’t love my hair more. The whole experience was genuinely enjoyable, and as a bonus, the studio dog, Tuna, was absolutely adorable. I’m so happy I found Andrea and L+R Pro, and I can’t wait for my next appointment!

These ladies are phenomenal. Smart, creative, and sharp. There is a next level skillset and intelligence here that you know you can trust. A rare find and I am so lucky to have been referred to Heather.
