I recently saw Shauna for the first time to get full highlights and a cut. I have been looking for a new stylist since I recently moved into the area and I am so glad that I found Lox Salon. I wanted blonde highlights which can be a disaster since my brunette hair tends to pull red. Shauna was extremely knowledgeable and attentive about the look I wanted (I brought in pics). I LOVE my new highlights and no brassiness whatsoever. She is extremely personable and gave me some tips on how to keep the highlights looking fresh. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I highly recommend this barber shop. I got my hair cut by Blaine and he did everything perfectly. I showed him a picture of myself and he cut it exactly like it, but 10x better. Blaine is an artist when it comes to using scissors and the trimmer. In the past I've always been afraid to go to the barber due to fear of getting my hair messed up. And because of that I've usually kept long, unkempt hair but not anymore. I loved the haircut I got yesterday so much that I will be back here every 3 weeks when I need to get my hair cut because Blaine cut it so perfectly. He gave me a haircut that I have always needed that other barbers simply never delivered. Even when I was out of my chair and about to pay I thought it looked perfect but Blaine sat me back down and fixed up the edges even a little

I'm only giving this 3 stars for the good price and the owner, who was great. I went in for relaxer, the stylist I had hadn't done in for a long time but didn't research before the appointment and told me she didn't remember. I only stayed because the owner who had more experience supervised her, otherwise I would've left. It was highly unprofessional and awkward for that stylist to tell someone who is about to put a bunch of chemicals on your hair "I don't know how to do this". I would've been better off going to a beauty school

My husband and children have been seeing Rupert, the owner, at Lox since it opened. He is as professional as they come and takes his work seriously. Recently, my son started to get his hair cut by Marquis who is equally as skilled as the owner. While we have never been serviced by the other barbers at Lox, they all appear to have the same dedication as the rest of their team. The shop is clean and the atmosphere is friendly as well as comfortable. I am very particular about how I like my boys to look and these barbers consistently exceed my expectations; I would not send them anywhere else.

At first, I was ensure about the price for the cut.... but that was because I came from Great Clips and paid 15 for a “cut”. The barbers here excel in quality and put their best work with every cut. Marquis, my barber, works very hard and very detailed to ensure my cut is perfect. If there is something I don’t like, he will fix it up for me u til i am satisfied.... the way business should be. Well worth the money. In addition, the atmosphere is what you want in a barber shop. It is very energetic and I always leave with a smile. Love my nee shop and I will NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!
