Customer be ware when booking with "Loving Hands Therapeutic Massage " The pictures you see there are NOT what you will see at Kreative Kuts Salon, 1979 NY 11C I didn't get a massage from Michelle today "Loving Hands", because the place reeked of cat (that I'm Allergic to) , the restroom that housed the litter box had an over whelming cat smell. The toilet, was unclean and had remnants from a previous user. When I explained I would not be able to stay for my appointment clarifying the reasons of allergies and cleanliness of restroom, she stated she would not provide a refund . Based on these issues my review is reflective of poor service and lack of professionalism .
