Loves Luxe Nail Bar

I booked an appointment for 12:15 arrived later than expected and was still greeted with smiles and respect. I got a full set and a pedi care. I loved the atmosphere. Both ladies are polite with smiles. Everyone is greeted by both women when walking in the door. I absolutely love my nails. They are perfect. My nail tech took her time. My nails and feet look great and feel amazing.

This was my third time coming here (full set + two fills), and I really tried to give this place a fair chance before writing a review. Yesterday I got aura nails (black gel base with pink airbrush). I liked how they looked, but I thought it was strange that no clear top coat was put on. Within TWO HOURS just from washing my hands, three nails started peeling. I called at 10am the next morning and said I’d come back around 3:30 to get them fixed. When I got there at 3:45, the tech said, “I knew you were going to have to come back,” which was already wild to me, Then I sat there for two hours waiting to get THREE nails fixed, while she serviced three other people first. If you knew I was coming back, why wasn’t I taken care of quickly FOR A 5 min FIX? I shouldn’t have had to return at all

Easily the worst experience I've had at a nail salon. I'm trying to find a salon to go to regularly and this is definitely not it. I made an appointment for 3pm for a gel manicure. I was not serviced until after 3:30. When I sat in the chair, the nail tech had a horrible attitude and dremeled my nails too thin when she removed the gel polish. I told her to watch out for that and she said that because I had gel, it deteriorates my nail, which isn't true because I've gotten gel for quite a while and my nails have always been fine. She almost skipped over shaping my nails and I had to tell her to cut and shape them. She hacked at my nails with the nail clipper and when she filed them, she KEPT GOING OVER THE TOPS OF MY NAILS (which were already thinned out!!!) instead of rounding the edges. I

Love always gives me professional vibes, she has always been soft spoken, kind, patient, generous, The shop is clean, and so pretty, I always get my feet done here and walk away with soft feet like a baby. I think her pedicure packages are amazing I always get a package that has wine 🍷 cause that paired with the foot scrubbing, hot towel and paraffin wax. Has you leaving there feeling like your cup is full. I recommend this place 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

These nail techs are miracle workers they built me a toe nail and when my nail broke instead of putting acrylic on my damaged nail or leaving it blank the nail tech made me a press on … these girls are passionate about their work and care about their customers nail health!
