She never rushed through the process and checked in with me along the way, even asking how I felt about the shape before shading them in, which I really appreciated. Her customer service was top-tier, and the conversation was pleasant and welcoming. The numbing gel she used was excellent. It was very effective and not irritating at all. My experience here was the absolute best. This was the first time I got permanent eyebrows and she walked me through every single process every single step. She was very gentle.
