Lovely Queen Nail Spa

I’ve been using queen nails for a few years. I’ve learned that I don’t like how some nail techs do my nails so started making appointments with a specific technician. Most recently I showed up for my appointment and someone else did my nails. I explained I had an appointment and I thought she was just setting me up to soak. I was uncomfortable with the entire situation. Now I need to find another nail salon. She refused to cut my nails short requiring me to get them redone before 2 weeks. Disappointed and now I need a new salon and yes we are surrounded by nail salons. Do better Queen nails or you will continue to lose customers.

Called last minute for 2 pedicures and they gladly accommodated us with no wait. Pedis came out great! No one was pushy at all and the staff were all friendly and smiling despite being super busy on the Sat before Mother’s Day. We were just passing thru the “old hood” otherwise I would come back again.

I walked this morning to get a pedi and SNS and this girl I think she’s new cuz I never seen her there before I guess wasn’t in a good mood I told her I wanted to get the french and she told me that my nails were too short for that! I always get short nails because I am nurse and I love my short nails and I never have any issues when ask for french even tho my nails are short so I’m sure she was talking about me with her coworkers cuz all the I could understood was “FRENCH” anyway she did a terrible job and was very nasty! when she finished I told her that I didn’t want the Pedicure anymore and she said “GOOD, CUZ I DON’T HAVE TIME FOR THAT” and paid her and she literally threw me the receipt! What a nasty person!

I don’t know how people leave these ridiculous reviews. Jean and Kevin are fantastic and have never disappointed me. I don’t even live in the area anymore and still go see them to get my nails done because of how well they do. Thank you all for everything you do! The picture I’m adding below is only one of many styles Jean has done for me because I’ve communicated with her well and she’s been wonderful.

I came here when I moved to the area and was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the way they did my nails at a very affordable price! I will be back again
