Nathan is the best nail tech!! He always gets my shape absolutely perfect. 🥺 Every time I fly in from Florida, this is the only place I come and I make sure to book with Nathan. My nails lasted a full five weeks last time, so I didn’t even need to get them done in Florida. I waited until I came back to Rockford just so Nathan could do them again. 🤗 Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Honestly disappointed. I got the volcano pedicure with gel, Kinda bummed because in their description it says paraffin wax which wasn’t used. The lady who did them was extremely rough while filing — my toes are still sore 6 hours later. On top of that, my nails came out crooked, and I actually had to file them myself once I got home to even them out, even after mentioning it to her twice during the appointment. Definitely not the experience I expected. However I’ll still give 3 stars because the actual products they used were great. The massage chairs were super comfy. The environment was chill.

I was a bit iffy getting my nails done here but they ate. Don’t pay attention to the negative reviews. I love my nails. He did exactly what I showed him.

First time coming here and probably the last. Thought it’d be nice from the reviews and pictures. The guy greeted me but the girl who helped me had an attitude. She was on he phone watching videos the whole time while doing my nails. She didn’t ask to cut them short or what color i wanted, i had to get help from the first guy. For 50$ i thought it would be better, i had to go home and fix them myself.
